Abstract: A better way: In nature lies the solution. The management of dental challenges is presented from a new perspective. There is a global need for alternative treatment options and products for dental diseases that are safe, effective and economical. One such strategy would be to verify the enormous use of medicinal plants. The main attribute of all these solutions is that all of them are derived from natural ingredients as an effective alternative management away from synthetic products that have multiple side effects. Natural products such as anti-cariogenic agents, natural enamel and dentin remineralizing agents, natural dentin bio-modifiers, natural desensitizing agents, natural vital pulp therapeutic agents, natural antioxidants, and natural bleaching agents provide the practitioners with an insightful look at the prevention and management of dental diseases as an alternative treatment to the synthetic one.
