Different surgical and prosthetic approaches for All on 4 implant cases

During the past 20 years, several options have been proposed for the restoration of completely edentulous jaws and is referred to as the All-On-X Concept. One of these options is implant supported fixed restoration with the All on 4 concept either using the immediate or delayed loading approach adopted by Maló et al., 2003
Multiunit abutments (MUA) are used in these cases to adjust the implant angulation and allow for fabricating a one-unit passive screw retained prosthesis.
Rhein83 introduced the OT equator that could be used instead of the multiunit abutments, thanks for its ability to accommodate the different implant angulations up to 80 degrees summative tilt. Added to this, it ensures passivity of the superstructure through its magic component, the Seeger ring.
