Abstract: Dental implants have been widely accepted as a predictable treatment option for the replacement of missing teeth. The ultimate goal of implant dentistry is to restore missing teeth by placing implants in anatomically, esthetically, and functional restorative positions. Achieving esthetics became a crucial parameter to assess the success of implant placement. The focus is shifting from implant survival to the creation of lifelike implant restorations with natural-looking peri-implant soft tissues
