Acute anaphylaxis is a lethal complication that could happen any where. Although it’s uncommon complication in dental clinic, health care workers should be aware and well prepared to manage. Early diagnosis and prompt management is the only way to save patients live. General practitioners are mist vulnerable to miss diagnose and mishandled such serious event. Basic knowledge and applied manoeuvres of such serious situation should be delivered to all health care workers not only operators.
