This presentation highlights the scientific and clinical advancements and versatility of one shade composite resins in restorative dentistry. These materials are available in both paste-like and flowable forms, making them suitable for use in anterior and posterior restorations. With simplified shade selection and excellent color blending capabilities, one shade composite resins provide consistent and natural-looking results. Nowadays, one shade bulk fill flowable composite resin is also available with enhanced depth of cure, reduced shrinkage, and increased wear resistance. The use of one shade composite resins streamlines procedures, improves efficiency, and enhances patient satisfaction. Overall, the reliable and efficient solutions for achieving aesthetic and functional restorations when one shade composite resins are employed using different techniques will be discussed in this presentation in light of current literature.
