Many cases seeking for dental implants in the clinics has bone with considerable compromises.
Clinicial needs to expand the learning curve for managing such cases are growing day be dau in feild of implant education. Ridge splitting and expansion, guided bone regeneration and the use of titanium mesh are techniques to manage. One of the most reliable techniques to acheive that is the use of autogenous bone blocks for augmentation. However this technique has some details and represents some difficulties for the operators.
